Crystal. Please be sure to properly package returned items so they are not
damaged in transit to us. Do not use regular envelopes to ship products back as
the items will be damaged in shipping. We will not issue refunds for damaged
items that were returned to us in regular envelopes.

Waive Signature Form :

want us to waive signature on a package we are shipping to you. We do this to
cut down on fraud in order that we may continue to provide you with the best
prices possible.
