INSTRUCTIONS
When you are placing an online order, items that are out of stock are indicated with a red check mark ( ) next to them. If you want to backorder the item, type in the quantity you need in the box to the left of the Buy Now button and then click the Buy Now button. You will get a message in red telling you how many were placed on backorder. You must completely check out your order for those items to register as backordered in the system.
When you come back to the website, login to your account by clicking the My Account link located at the top right of the homepage. Enter your UserName and Password and click the Sign In button. Under "My Orders and Backordered Items", click on the link "View the items I have on backorder". If the item is still on backorder, you will see the Red checkmark next to it. If the item is in stock, you will be able to enter a quantity and click the Buy Now button. $5.95 shipping will automatically be deducted from your shipping fee and you can continue shopping. Orders under $50 will ship 1st Class Mail.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
The website indicates which items are currently in stock with a green checkmark ( ) and which items are currently out
of stock with a red checkmark (). Inventory discrepancies can occur and occasionally an item that shows in stock at the time
your ordered it, will not ship.
Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to give exact dates for when a product will be back in stock. As a general rule of thumb, most out of stock items will come back into inventory within 2 to 3 weeks. However, this is not always the case. There are many issues that our purchasing department has no control over including manufacturer's production schedules and delays in customs that make it difficult to keep every one of our 4500+ items in stock at the same time. Please check our website regularly to see if your item has come back into inventory. When the item is back in inventory, you will see a green checkmark () next
to that item.
