USPS 1st Class Mail

If you order is under $50, you will can choose to ship it 1st Class Mail. The post office generally delivers 1st Class mail in 3-5 business days. Packages are not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame and variances can occur. All 1st Class packages will include Delivery Confirmation. 1ST Class Shipping rate does not apply to International orders (please see full International Policy in FAQ).

USPS Priority Mail

The post office generally delivers Priority mail in 2-3 business days. Packages are not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame and variances can occur. All Priority packages will include Delivery Confirmation.

Fedex 2nd Day Delivery (Business Days Only - No PO Boxes)

If you need to be absolutely certain that your package arrives in two days, choose this option. The fee will vary depending on the weight and destination and usually starts at $12. This option is guaranteed 2nd Day Delivery. If your package does not arrive in two business days from the shipment date, you are refunded your shipping fee. Fedex orders must be placed by 12:00pm EST or they will be shipped the following business day. Please note that Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.

Fedex Overnight Delivery (Business Days Only - No PO Boxes)

If you need to be absolutely certain that your package arrives overnight, choose this option. The fee will vary depending on the weight and destination and usually starts at $22. This option is guaranteed overnight Delivery. If your package does not arrive the next business day from the shipment date, you are refunded your shipping fee. Fedex orders must be placed by 12:00pm EST or they will be shipped the following business day. Please note that Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.

* Fedex packages shipping to Puerto Rico are handled as international shipments and are subject to a higher shipping rate.

Picking up orders

We are a mail order only company and do not allow customers to pick up orders.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All International orders must be placed online. We verify credit card billing information on all International packages that ship. If your credit card billing information does not match your shipping address, we will not ship the package unless you wire the funds to our bank. Please contact us for wire instructions and be advised that your bank will likely charge you a fee for this service. We will only ship International packages via USPS Global Express Mail and require a signature on delivery. Rates on USPS Global Express Mail vary by Country and weight of package but typically start at $20 - $25. International customers assume all responsibilities for duties and taxes assessed. Any customs fees or taxes imposed by customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of INM Crystal, Inc. Customs fees and taxes will vary and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All packages will be declared at their actual commercial value for duty purposes. We are unable to alter this declaration.

Backorders:
International orders with backordered items will receive a shipping credit in the amount of $5.95 (USD). Shipping of backorders or orders with backordered items to international locations is not free.

Canadian Customers:
Your orders will be subject to GST and/or HST if they contain any silver or gold beads (these taxes could exceed 20% of the cost of the order). They will also go into the Courier pool and you will be charged a fee from the Canadian Postal System IN ADDITION to the shipping fees charged by INM Crystal. INM Crystal only ships Global Express and/or Fedex to Canada - we do not ship regular mail.

INM Crystal will NOT ship to the following countries due to the high amount of fraud.

INSURANCE

SALES TAX

Sales Tax only applies to orders being shipped to Florida.

If your order is being shipped to anywhere other than the state of Florida, you will not be subject to any sales tax and therefore, we do not require a copy of your sales tax/resale certificate.

If your order is being shipped to Florida, a Florida Resale Certificate for the current year is required for Florida state sales tax exemption. If you do not have a Florida Resale Certificate, you will be charged sales tax on any orders mailed to a Florida address.
 

ORDER CHANGES

Once your order is submitted, your order is considered final. If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at info@inmcrystal.com or call us at (561) 734-2101. We will try our best to make your necessary changes. However, sometimes we are unable to make the requested change before your order ships and in these cases (regardless of when the request was submitted), it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping charges or return shipping.
 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

The website indicates which items are currently in stock with a green checkmark () and which items are currently out of stock with a red checkmark (). Inventory discrepancies can occur and occasionally an item that shows in stock at the time your ordered it, will not ship.

Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to give exact dates for when a product will be back in stock. As a general rule of thumb, most out of stock items will come back into inventory within 2 to 3 weeks. However, this is not always the case. There are many issues that our purchasing department has no control over including manufacturer's production schedules and delays in customs that make it difficult to keep every one of our 4500+ items in stock at the same time. Please check our website regularly to see if your item has come back into inventory. When the item is back in inventory, you will see a green checkmark () next to that item.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS

We do not offer any discounts over and beyond the quantity discounts listed on our websites. Some of the Swarovski beads are offered in Factory Packs.

Quantity discounts are only applicable when buying the same items, size and color. The only exception to this is the alphabet beads. Alphabet bead letters can be combined to receive quantity discounts within a particular size and style.

If only part of your item quantity is available at the time of order placement, the quantity discount given is that of the amount shipped in that order.

BACKORDERS

When you are placing an online order, items that are out of stock are indicated with a red check mark () next to them. If you want to backorder the item, type in the quantity you need in the box to the left of the Buy Now button and then click the Buy Now button. You will get a message in red telling you how many were placed on backorder. You must completely check out your order for those items to register as backordered in the system.

When you come back to the website, login to your account by clicking the My Account link located at the top right of the homepage. Enter your UserName and Password and click the Sign In button. Under "My Orders and Backordered Items", click on the link "View the items I have on backorder". If the item is still on backorder, you will see the Red checkmark next to it. If the item is in stock, you will be able to enter a quantity and click the Buy Now button. $5.95 shipping will automatically be deducted from your shipping fee and you can continue shopping. Orders under $50 will ship 1st Class Mail.

ALL ABOUT PRISMS

QUALITY - There are three factors that determine the quality of a crystal prism. They are:

1. Lead content - The highest quality crystals will have a very high lead content (up to 30%)
2. Optical Purity - An optically pure crystal prism is free of any internal bubbles or streaks.
3. Cut and Polish - Machine cut and polished crystal prisms guarantee perfect cutting, exact geometry, and precise angles.

REFRACTION – There are several factors that affect how a crystal prisms will break up sunlight and reflect rainbows. They are:

• Overall Quality - The higher the lead content, the better the cut, and the more optically pure a prism is, the better the prisms will refract light. Prisms with lower and no lead content will refract light but the rainbows may appear paler.
• Size - The larger the surface area of a prism is, the more likely it is to catch the light and refract it.
• Facets - Different facets create different types of rainbows. For example, a crystal ball #8550 has many small facets and will refract many tiny dots of rainbows. The crystal heart #8781 has a few long cut facets and will produce fewer rainbows but they will be larger longer rainbows.
• Coated Prisms - Prisms that are coated with an Aurora Borealis finish (AB) will not break up the light as well as a prism with no coating at all such as plain crystal color or transparent colors.
  

THE PRISMS WE CARRY

Swarovski Strass – 8000 Series

Any prism starting with the number 8___. These prisms are considered the top of the line. They are fully-leaded, machine cut and polished and optically pure.

Swarovski Lead Free – 4000 Series

Any prism starting with the number 4____. These prisms are manufactured by the world leader in Austrian Crystal. They are lead-free, machine cut and polished, and optically pure. A nice alternative to the Strass line for a little less money.

Made in Austria – 1000 Series

Any prism starting with the number 1____. These prisms are lead-free and they are not optically pure. That said, we should state that these prisms often have no noticeable internal flaws. They are definitely worth giving a try and they are the most economical prisms we carry.

Some of the base metal findings, charms, and leaded crystal beads sold by our company may contain small amounts of lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm if ingested. We recommend that you wash your hands after handling, and keep all items away from small children and infants.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties.

We use email addresses to answer the emails we receive, to communicate with our customers about their orders, and to notify customers of their backorder status. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
