SHIPPING
Most orders will ship within 2 business days of receipt. Please note that
during certain times, the shipping turnaround time may be greater. Expedited
shipping methods are available for additional fees. We do not ship on
Saturdays and Sundays.
The following shipping and handling fees apply to bead only orders. These fees are for US
Priority and include delivery confirmation. Priority Mail will usually arrive between 2-3 days after
shipping. The US Post Office does not guarantee that your
package will be delivered in 2-3 days but we find that it usually does.
For bead orders under $50, you may choose 1st Class Mail delivery option for $2.00. Please note that 1st Class Mail delivery can take up to 7-10 days.

$200.01 to $300.00 - $6.95

Orders containing crystal prisms vary greatly in weight. Shipping is
determined at the time of packing based on the weight of the package. These
orders will ship either Fedex or US Mail whichever is less expensive.
Please note that the US Post Office is closed and does not deliver mail on
the following days for 2008:

- Monday, February 18 - Washington's Birthday (President's Day)

INM Crystal, Inc. assumes no liability for packages not delivered on time due to Force Majeure
(something that happens outside of our control). Liabilities not assumed include but are not limited to, local or
national weather conditions, holidays, shipping carriers not shipping, acts of terrorism, public authorities acting
with actual or apparent authority, authority of law, local disputes, civil commotion, hazards incident to a state of
war, etc.
USPS 1st Class Mail
If you order is under $50, you will can choose to ship it 1st Class Mail. The post office generally delivers 1st
Class mail in 3-5 business days. Packages are not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame and variances can occur.
All 1st Class packages will include Delivery Confirmation.
1ST Class Shipping rate does not apply to International orders (please see full International Policy in FAQ).
USPS Priority Mail
The post office generally delivers Priority mail in 2-3 business days. Packages are not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame and
variances can occur. All Priority packages will include Delivery Confirmation.
Fedex 2nd Day Delivery (Business Days Only - No PO Boxes)
If you need to be absolutely certain that your package arrives in two days, choose this option.
The fee will vary depending on the weight and destination and usually starts at $11. This option is
guaranteed 2nd Day Delivery. If your package does not arrive in two business days from the shipment date,
you are refunded your shipping fee. Fedex orders must be placed by 12:00pm EST or they will be shipped
the following business day. Please note that Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.
Fedex Overnight Delivery (Business Days Only - No PO Boxes)
If you need to be absolutely certain that your package arrives overnight, choose this option.
The fee will vary depending on the weight and destination and usually starts at $22. This option is
guaranteed overnight Delivery. If your package does not arrive the next business day from the shipment date,
you are refunded your shipping fee. Fedex orders must be placed by 12:00pm EST or they will be shipped
the following business day. Please note that Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.
Picking up orders
We are a mail order only company and do not allow customers to pick up orders.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All International orders must be placed online. We verify credit card billing information on all International packages
that ship. If your credit card billing information does not match your shipping address, we will not ship the package unless you
wire the funds to our bank. Please contact us for wire instructions and be advised that your bank will likely charge you a fee
for this service. We will only ship International packages via USPS Global Express Mail and require a signature on delivery.
Rates on USPS Global Express Mail vary by Country and weight of package but typically start at $20 - $25. International
customers assume all responsibilities for duties and taxes assessed. Any customs fees or taxes imposed by customs for an
order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of INM Crystal, Inc. Customs fees and taxes
will vary and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about
these fees. All packages will be declared at their actual commercial value for duty purposes. We are unable to alter this declaration.
Backorders:
International orders with backordered items will receive a shipping credit in the amount of $5.95 (USD). Shipping of backorders
or orders with backordered items to international locations is not free.
Canadian Customers:
Your orders will be subject to GST and/or HST if they contain any silver or gold beads (these taxes could exceed 20%
of the cost of the order). They will also go into the Courier pool and you will be charged a fee from the Canadian Postal
System IN ADDITION to the shipping fees charged by INM Crystal. INM Crystal only ships Global Express and/or Fedex to
Canada - we do not ship regular mail.

INSURANCE
INM Crystal, Inc. offers insurance for all packages. We recommend choosing insurance for your packages. We do not replace or
refund any uninsured shipments which have been lost or damaged. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to both the
freight carrier and us. The freight carrier makes the final decision to award an insurance claim. If you have a shipment
which has been lost or damaged, download and print [this] form and fax it to us at (561) 734-2321.
If you are not happy with any item for any reason, please return it within 30 days of the date of purchase, via an insured method. Please send returns
in a hard cardboard box. Do not send back returns in plain letter envelopes as they easily get damaged during shipping. Items received damaged in
envelopes will be returned to customer.
Sterling Chain by the Foot and Swarovski Crystal Chain is cut to order and not returnable.
Factory Packs of Swarovski Crystal are not returnable if opened.
Damage and defect claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Once your return is received, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the purchase amount. Shipping and handling costs are not
refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Returned items must be in original packaging and condition. Returned items that are
not in original packaging, original package quantity, or were purchased more than 30 days from the date received back, will be charged a 20%
Restocking Fee. Please do not staple packages together. Items returned in damaged or used condition will be returned to the customer. Items
purchased more than 6 months ago will be returned to the customer. Under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to return to the customer
products purchased prior to 30 days.
Your credit card refund will be processed to the credit card provided on your return form. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for
credits to appear on their customer's records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
